MyPlaceColumbus Happenings...

The big week is here!  T-minus four days and counting until THANKSGIVING!  Or, for some of you: T-minus *five* days and counting until BLACK FRIDAY!  Am I right or am I right?  :)

How about them Buckeyes, eh?  Going up north & showing who is boss of the Big Ten!  Fantastic stuff!

Has everyone bought a turkey yet?  Here's a question or two:  fried turkey or oven-roasted?  Anyone ever had a tur-duck-en?  Seems very intimidating to me.

Okay, for those of you who haven't gotten your Thanksgiving shopping done yet - you are running out of time!  Depending on which side of town you are on - I recommend either Trader Joe's at Easton or Whole Foods in Dublin.  They both have the "coolest" foods!

If you are heading to Trader Joe's - I have a side trip for you... just off of Old Rt. 161 on Harlem Road in New Albany is a GORGEOUS gated community of townhomes (all 2-bedroom) and gardens (all 1-bedroom).  Albany Woods must be seen to get the full experience!  It really feels like a nice, quiet, secluded, residential community - and in New Albany!  Look at it:

Stunning!  Seriously... you have to stop by!  The staff is terrific, the apartments are unbelievable - well worth the trip!

Take a quick tour right now:

Get the New Albany quality of living without the high cost of New Albany living!

If a trip to the east side of this amazing city is a bit out of reach for you - then head over to Whole Foods in Dublin!  From there, you can take a very easy side trip to Copperleaf...  The landscaping is stunning, the location is perfect, the staff is wonderful and the community is affordable AND luxurious!  Dublin address - Columbus prices!  What a treat!  Have a look:

I'm telling you - this place is perfection down to the littlest detail!  When you drive through - be sure to check out the dumpsters.  Yes, the dumpsters.  You'll see what I mean.  This staff takes nothing for granted!

Check them out right now:

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

For those of you traveling for Thanksgiving, please be careful.  Oakwood Management is thankful for our terrific residents and our family of employees.

Until next blog...
