What a dreary day in beautiful Columbus!  I have a feeling that May is going to bring some stunning flowers!

In northeast Columbus, there is an apartment community that has made an amazing transformation... it practically looks brand new!  From inside the apartments to the gorgeous new outside areas - this place has made a complete 180-degree turn around.  You should check it out for yourself.

They have everything you would need too - see?

1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, 3-bedrooms... garden apartments, townhomes... pools... clubhouse... and they take pets too!  Just a very lovely community now that they are under new management.  And it really shows!

So take a side trip to Kingshill Court the next time you are out shopping or dining at Easton - you may just be visiting your next home!

Spring is in the air!!

When was the last time you ventured out to the southwest section of Columbus?  You know - near Grove City, Galloway, Hilliard...?  If you haven't been in that "quadrant" of town in a while - you probably won't recognize it!    It is growing by leaps & bounds... an excellent sign for the city of Columbus during these economic times! 

There is a fantastic community "hidden away" on Alkire Road ~ Alkire Gate ~ that is truly a surprisingly fabulous place to call home!

These are perfect for people who aren't interested in stairs - they are all one-bedroom & two-bedroom cottages.  And the bathrooms are HUGE!  Nice...

Happy New Year!  2010!?!  Already? Wow!  Time flies!  Hopefully everyone had a fantastic holiday filled with family, fun & PRESENTS! 

Speaking of presents, did you get everything on your list?  No?  Well, ladies (and gentlemen trying to make their ladies very happy)... depending on what side of town you are on... you *MUST* get over to Albany Commons (Westerville/New Albany), Asherton of Dublin (Dublin/Muirfield), Hibernia (East Columbus), Lakes of Westdale (Galloway), or Woodland Trace (Reynoldsburg/Pickerington)!  IMMEDIATELY!  They are GIVING everyone who signs a 12-month lease a DESIGNER PURSE.  Not a knock-off, or a second-rate designer.  A *real* designer purse.  Do the names Louis Vuitton, Coach or Tory Burch mean anything to you?  Seriously - you MUST get to one of these properties before the purses are gone!  Just look at them!

UNbelievable!  Sign a 12-month lease in an amazing community, get an amazing designer purse!  WOW!  But you truly need to hurry to take advantage of this one!

'Tis the season of lights, music & family!  Right?  The smell of snow is the air!

Do you enjoy driving around looking at all the holiday light displays?  We do too!  Did you know that many apartment communities are beautifully lit & festive for the holiday season?  You don't just have to drive around the residential neighborhoods to enjoy the sights of the season.  Not only do you get the individual expressions of the community residents, but you also can take in the beautiful structural displays by the property's management & landscapers!

I can't believe the holiday season is upon us and the temperature is so cold!  It seems like yesterday we were watching the Buckeyes and enjoying the fall leaves.  Did you know that this is a great time to move?  Many apartment communities offer enticing move-in specials this time of year.  You should check out our MyPlaceColumbus website.  There are a lot of communities with great incentives.  I noticed that many of them offer warm fireplaces.  I also see a ton of great winter amenities like garages to keep your cars in, workout rooms so you can get a start on your New Year's resolution now, and clubhouses where you can attend or host a holiday party!  Don't take my word for it though... check it out for yourself at www.myplacecolumbus.com.  No matter what area of town you want to live - we are everywhere you want to be!

Wow!  Back in the grind... Did everyone have a safe & enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday?  Are all the leftovers gone yet?  Did anyone brave the stores on Black Friday for all the best holiday deals?  Which do you prefer:  in-store shopping on Black Friday or staying at home (or while at work) and participating in Cyber Monday?  Or both?

Just a quick blog today - still trying to get over the food coma...

When you are choosing a community to live in, what is most important?  Price?  Location?  Amenities?  Timber Creek Village is a small community in the Groveport area that is in such a nice wooded setting!  And - bonus! - it has a bunch of different styles to choose from - SIX to be exact!  If you want stairs, they have two-bedroom townhomes.  If you don't, they have one-bedroom AND two-bedroom ranches and twin singles.  All in a nice, quiet residential area.  Amazing!  Garages... private patios... washer/dryer... Perfect!  And *GORGEOUS* landscaping!  Just have a look at this place:
